Palmer Unit Felt Dryingt Unit endless Sanforizing Felt Blanket is used for sanforing machine.

The purpose of Sanforizing machine is to pre-shrink, in order to make the cotton cloth especially denim fabric stable so that not easy to shrink during the garment making process. Our Suporfel endless felt can be customized as your request depend on your purpose of using and working temperature.

Tracing problem in palmer felt

1. Please triple check the following:
2. That all rolls have been reinstalled, correctly pinned or bolted, turn freely, and are parallel to the heated cylinder.
3. That the pistons used to engage the tracking roll are properly working.
4. That the feeler gauges or tracking sensors are working properly.
5. That the felt is not too wide, thereby hanging over the cylinder(s) edge(s).
6. That there is enough heat in the main cylinder to create sufficient friction such that the felt holds to the heated cylinder as opposed to slipping against a cold cylinder (352° C / 200° F).
7. NOTE: We highly recommend that you take a few moments before installing a felt to measure the length (see diagram below). Please compare your figures to ours provided on the Certificate Of Analysis enclosed with the packing slip. Should a discrepancy exist, please call before installing.
